Curriculum Plus
Curriculum Plus is our broad and vibrant co-curricular programme, enriching the school experience for young people across all Redhill Trust academies.
We encourage all students to try activities that widen their experiences - through sports clubs, the performing arts, trips abroad, cultural experiences and character-building challenges.
These experiences help young people to develop self-confidence, build resilience and feel a sense of belonging. They also challenge them to learn new skills and find a passion to take with them throughout their life.
You can browse this term’s varied opportunities in our Curriculum Plus programme booklet (see link below)
We believe that every student should try something new and take part in opportunities outside of the classroom. Students who attend these activities receive additional Achievement Points, which are part of our rewards policy and have many opportunities to complete pledges through their participation in activities. Our Opportunities are a key part of our curriculum and something that we expect all students to take up as part of their personal development and wider curriculum experience.
Curriculum Plus Timetable
Our Curriculum Plus clubs are subject to change, depending on the weather (outside clubs) or staff availability. Students should check with departments and the pupil bulletin boards if they are unsure. The clubs run from 3.10pm to 4.10pm.
